The Inspection

Property inspection is a non-negotiable stage in our acquisition process geared towards protecting our investment and those of our patrons.

All potential acquisitions are subjected to a rigorous inspection and due diligence to validate Sellers/Marketers representations. During inspection, we are able to ascertain the true condition of a property based on our knowledge and experience in the industry. In addition to our internal evaluation, we engage a professional inspection services company to provide an unbiased opinion of condition and indicative market value.

The Rehab

During the  rehab stage, we use information garnered from the inspection reports and other available comparable data to determine the level of rehab that is required for the subject property.  The rehab effort may vary from minor cosmetic updates to major repair endeavor such as foundation repairs,  re-construction, or reconfigurations, roofing and plumbing.

Using our accredited team of contractor and service providers  we execute our rehab project with particular attention for quality, time and cost.
